Spent Easter in a hotel by the lake. The food was amazing, and the landscape was breathtaking. We enjoyed a peaceful afternoon on the decking, marveling at the stunning view of the hills across the road. The location was perfect for fishing, and there was a lovely spot to go for a swim. The staff were friendly, and the check-in was smooth.
Our experience was soured by the unwelcoming check-in. We arrived late and were treated as an inconvenience.

Easy access to what Lascelle has to offer, only 2 miles to les gorges de la jordanne. Placed within 45 minutes' car ride to Super Besse.
Nothing to dislike.

The location is beautiful with lovely views of the lake.
We were very unhappy to find when we arrived that, having chosen the hotel because it offered an evening meal, this was not available. Also the price of the breakfast increased in comparison to the advertised price.

We loved the location near Les Gorges de la Jordanne and everything about our stay here by Lac Des Graves.

we have stayed before and enjoyed this hotel ...but,they should have informed us that the restaurant was closed and the breakfast at 9euros does not represent good value, the first day was ok the second day poor!!!we waited 10mins for a cup of coffee there was a poor selection of bread, the best being a local loaf that was handled by everyone when cut!!!not very hygenic, however the location and rooms are very good value,we will go again but feel they need to get their act together breakfast wise!!

The setting by the lake, with stars at night reflected in the lake, was amazing. We were directed to a farm by the new hotel manager for an evening meal, where we had a simple but delicious and enormous three course meal.
No separate window in room - had to open door to get fresh air. Slightly awkward to get suitcases to the chalet type rooms. The room we were given initially did not smell fresh, but quickly given another room. Restaurant not open as out of season still when we went - only guests - but recommendation as above was excellent. Rooms by lake could be dangerous for young children, or guests who had too much to drink.

I had a fantastic stay in a hotel nestled in a picturesque valley by the lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. The location next to the lake was breathtaking and provided a serene atmosphere.
Not one thing went wrong with the experience.

Friendliness of the staff. Excellent position of room. Fantastic views. As we were the only guests every effort was made to make us feel relaxed.
It was unfortunate that we were there at the wrong time for the restaurant to be open.

What a great weekend break! the stunning views of the local mountains were breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved tasting the local speciality dish - it was a real treat! the location was really convenient, close to the lake, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was so relaxing to sit and take in the peaceful surroundings.
The staff at check-in were quite unwelcoming when we arrived late. We felt like an inconvenience and weren't given any information about the hotel facilities.

We loved staying in the roulotte and because the area is so beautiful we decided to stay for an extra few days.
Not really a complaint ! Would have liked a bit more choice on the restaurant menu particularly as it is not cheap.

The appartment was spacious and met our needs perfectly, saving us money on eating out. The kitchen facilities were the prime motivator in booking this hotel and did not dissapoint.
It was much further than anticipated from the hub of town an the beach.
